1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Global Roots Realty ("the platform", "we", "us"). By registering, listing a property, subscribing, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who can use the platform

The platform connects property buyers (including NRI buyers), agents, builders, and construction & interior service providers. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Listings and content

Agents, builders and providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices, images and quotations. We do not own the listed properties and act as a platform connecting parties. We may remove any content that is misleading, unlawful, or violates these terms.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Agents, builders and providers may purchase a subscription to receive buyer enquiries directly and to access additional features. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the stated period. All subscription payments are non-refundable — please see our Refund Policy.

5. Enquiry routing

When a provider holds an active subscription, buyer enquiries may be routed directly to that provider. Without an active subscription, enquiries are routed to the platform for handling. We do not guarantee any particular volume of enquiries, leads, or business outcomes.

6. Construction & interior services

Quotations and estimates provided through the platform (including the cost estimator) are indicative only. Final costs depend on site conditions, design, materials and other factors, and are subject to a separate agreement between the buyer and the provider. The platform is not a party to that agreement unless expressly stated.

7. Our liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, from dealings between buyers and providers, or from the accuracy of any listing or quotation.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
